Our Story

Southeastern 14 was created in February of 2021 by Chris Lee and Blake Lovell, who used their background in sports journalism to build a digital content network that reaches hundreds of thousands of SEC sports fans each month and millions each year.

As the Southeastern Conference expands, so do we. Now as Southeastern 16, it’s the only non-traditional sports network with daily coverage of the big three SEC sports – football, basketball, and baseball. Southeastern16 has dozens of weekly videos and podcasts, weekly sport-specific live shows, SEC football game day reaction shows, a full audio podcast network, and social media content.

What separates Southeastern 16 from other digital media companies is the ability to blend content with effective sponsorships for local and larger businesses across our growing markets in the Southeast.
